Meeting Minutes from our June 2003 Meeting:


The meeting was called to order by Bill Goodall at 7:30 pm.

Introduction of members was given. There was 11 members in attendance.

The treasurer gave his report for the previous month.

Old business:  None

New business:   

The June meeting was our annual auction. Gale stated that the proceeds from the items he sold were to go to the club. 
The auction closed at 9:00 PM. We also had cake for Bill Goodall's birthday.

New, New business:

At the September meeting, we will nominate 2 commitees. One for Elections held in November and the other for the 
Amateur Of The Year award.

So we need to get some new members to run for offices. If your interested, please contact the nominating commitee.

Maria and I would like to apologize for the newsletters in the past. She was in the hospital for 10 weeks due to illness 
and several surgeries and is doing fine now. The newsletters should be on time now and include good content with the 
return of Maria. A special thanks to Suzy for her help with keeping the minutes of the meetings when possible!

There are a few hamfests coming up in the next few months:

Peoria - 19-21 Sep
Bedford - 5 Oct
Ft Wayne - Nov
Greenfield - Dec

The topic at our meeting will be a video on WRTC 2002 given by VP Trevor Fulk.

Maria and I are sorry we missed you all at the June meeting but hope to see you's at the meeting Sep 12th.

Don't forget dues are coming up soon and the Christmas dinner is just around the corner.
